360 One Wam has entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA) dated December 21, 2023, and acquired the balance 9% of the paid up equity share capital of MAVM Angels Network (MANPL). Accordingly, MANPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Cost acquisition of the aforesaid 9% of the paid-up equity share capital of MANPL is Rs 4.52 crore.
Earlier, the company had completed the acquisition of 91% of the paid up equity share capital of MANPL on fully diluted basis.
