The KCP has informed that as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's code for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2024 for Directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives, other connected persons and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2023.
