Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, Ram Ratna Wires has informed that the Trading Window for dealing into Securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons (and their Immediate Relatives) for the period from Monday, 1st January, 2024, till 48 hours after declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December, 2023. The details of the date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course. The same has also been communicated to the Designated Persons of the Company in accordance with the aforesaid code of conduct.
