Assam Entrade has informed that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results (Unaudited) the quarter ended on December 31, 2023. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Financial Results (Unaudited) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
