All the Directors, promoters, promoter group, KMP’s, Designated Persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ending on 31st December, 2023 will be informed in due course.
