Mishra Dhatu Nigam has informed that, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’, the Trading Window for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed from Monday, 1st January, 2024 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December, 2023. The date of Board Meeting for approval of the Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December, 2023, shall be intimated in due course.
