Aditya Birla Capital (ABCL) has made investments on rights basis, in the equity shares of Aditya Birla Finance (ABFL) - Rs 850 crore and Aditya Birla Capital Digital (ABCDL) - Rs 50 crore. Pursuant to the aforesaid investments, there is no change in the percentage shareholding of ABCL and both, ABCDL and ABFL continue to be wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.

ABCL is making the investment in ABFL to meet its growth and funding requirements and improve its leverage ratio. ABCL is making the investment in ABCDL to meet its growth and funding requirements.
