Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with clarifications provided by NSE vide its letter Ref no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 02nd April, 2019 and BSE vide its letter Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019, Ador Welding has informed that the trading window of the Company will be closed from Monday, 01st January, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023. The said period of closure of trading window has been intimated by the Company to its Directors, Connected / Designated persons and their immediate relatives today i.e. on Wednesday, 27th December, 2023, in accordance with the Company's Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI). Further noted that the notice / intimation of meeting of the Board of Directors for approving the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 shall be given in due course.
