Dodla Dairy has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from 01 January 2024, for the Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives, and for the Connected Persons of the Company. This will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of its unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ending 31 December 2023. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for approval of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31 December 2023 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.
