Orient Cement has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons in Securities of Orient Cement framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed from Sunday, December 31, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course. The Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
