The Board Meeting is scheduled, to consider and approve the un-audited (standalone and consolidated) Financial Results for quarter ended December 31, 2023. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
