BASF India has informed that in terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 12th February 2024 at 12.30 pm at The Chambers, Hotel Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai - 400 001 and also through audio-visual means, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2023. Further noted that as required under Regulations 33(3)(a) and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the said Unaudited Financial Results, upon approval by the Board, will be sent after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
