Jaykay Enterprises has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for incorporation of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in the name of ‘JK PHILLIPS LLP’ with Phillips Machine Tools India (Phillips Corp.) a subsidiary of Phillips Corporation, USA, on December 28, 2023.
The said LLP has been incorporated to carry on the business of manufacturing cutting edge technologies which shall include but not limited to producing CNC machines accessories and participating in tenders in India and global locations as the Parties may agree.
Jaykay Enterprises manufactures synthetic yarns, fibres and fabrics, portland and white cement, chemicals, fertilisers, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fibre-making machinery, and chemicals, and develops renewable energy sources.
