Pursuant to the Company’s ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Designated Persons’, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, SRG Housing Finance has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain Closed from January 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December, 2023. Accordingly, all designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and other connected persons of the Company shall not involve in any transaction for dealing/ trading in the securities of the Company during the period when Trading Window is closed.
