Nazara Technologies’ arm makes further investment in Nodwin Gaming International

Nazara Technologies’ material subsidiary -- Nodwin Gaming (Nodwin) has made further investments on December 29, 2023 in Nodwin Gaming International (Nodwin Singapore), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nodwin and a step down subsidiary of the Company, by subscription of 26,267 shares for an aggregate consideration of $4.9 million in cash.

Pursuant to the aforesaid subscription, Nodwin now holds 5,51,372 shares in aggregate and continues to hold 100% of share capital of Nodwin Singapore. The object of acquisition is to expand in the International markets.

Nazara Technologies is one of the leading mobile games company and it is engaged in acquisition of, value addition and distribution, of mobile games across emerging markets such as India, Middle East, Africa, South East Asia and Latin America.
