In continuation of earlier disclosure dated 15th December 2023, HIKAL has informed that the Company has received a letter dated 20th December 2023 from Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) directing the Company to pay Rs. 1745 lacs as per the recommendations made in the report submitted by the Joint Committee to NGT, New Delhi. The said letter dated 20.12.2023 was received by the Company on 28.12.2023. The Company, in consultation with its legal advisors, has taken steps towards appropriate legal remedies, which will be actioned and updated once the Court vacations are over.
