Zim Laboratories has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider’s, the trading window for dealing with securities of the Company will remain closed from Monday, the 01st January, 2024, for ‘Designated Persons’, including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, connected person, Designated employees of the company and their immediate relatives. The Trading Window shall open post 48 hours from the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023.
