Transglobe Foods has informed that the ‘Trading restriction period’ shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. In view of the aforesaid, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated persons as well as connected persons and their immediate relatives from Monday January 01st, 2024 and will be open 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 30, 2023 along with Limited Review Report thereon. It is requested to that the above-mentioned person has to ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 (including amendments thereto) and shall not to trade or deal otherwise in the Company’s securities during the above period of trading window closure.
