Rama Steel Tubes has registered a sales volume of 46,919.80 Ton in Q3FY24 compared to 53,216.16 Ton in Q3FY23, a decline of 11.83% year on year (YoY). For 9MFY24, the company reported sales volume of 1,31,138 Ton compared to 1,31,824 Ton in 9MFY23.
The Q3FY24 sales volume declined YoY due to de-stocking of material in the expectation of correction in prices. In the first two months of Q3FY24, the global steel prices had suddenly fallen down by 12-13% from the peak levels.
