Pursuant to Regulation 30, 30 A and Para 5 and 5 A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023; and the approval of shareholders sought at the 36th AGM of the company for cessation of control of the step-down subsidiary under Regulation 27 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, SecureKloud Technologies has informed that the share purchase agreement and security agreement entered between Healthcare Triangle Inc, step-down subsidiary and L1 Capital Global Opportunities Master Fund, investor.
