Balaji, Chief Regulatory & Corporate Affairs Officer of the Company has resigned. Accordingly, he will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from close of business hours on January, 10, 2024. The disclosures required pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure.
