Steel Authority of India (SAIL) has built the first Integrated Development Centre (IDC) at Digha village near Manoharpur in Jharkhand, with an investment of around Rs. 5.40 crore. IDC consists of 26 structures of 1000 sq ft. each, which will be focusing on providing all facilities under one roof to the villagers.
IDC will be used by the district administration for various purposes like market complex, ration shop, bank, forest office, agricultural office, health centre, Anganwari, community hall, community kitchen, common mess and civil officers' residence.
