As already informed, in terms of Company’s code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window, for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for all Designated Persons/insiders/connected persons w.e.f. 01.01.2024 and will remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results.
