Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on intimation sent by Link Intime India (Registrar and Transfer Agent) to them on 4th January, 2024 (copy of intimation enclosed), Man Industries (India) has informed that it enclosed details of Share Certificate reported to have been lost / misplaced by the Shareholder. After complying with required formalities by the shareholder, the Company will issue a duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof to the rightful owner.
