Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Avenue Supermarts has informed that the following changes in Senior Management Personnel of the Company: Appointment of Biswabrata Chakravorty as Group Chief Digital & Information Officer with effect from 5th January, 2024; Vikram Bhatia, Sr. Vice President - Information Technology shall cease to be considered as Senior Management Personnel of the Company due to change in his reporting structure with effective from 5th January, 2024 in terms of Regulation 16(1)(d) of Listing Regulations. They enclosed details required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023, as Annexure 'A’.
