Mid East Portfolio Management has received an approval for sale/transfer of wind mills and/or vacant land situated at Palladam, Coimbatore in the state of Tamil Nadu through postal ballot pursuant under Companies (Passing of the Resolutions under postal ballot) Rules 2001. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 04, 2013 has approved for the same.
