RPSG Ventures has informed that on Friday, January 5, 2023, a fire incident has occurred at a job worker’s factory located at NH24, Chaudherpur District- Amroha, Phule Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 244221 (Job Worker). The Job Worker was appointed by Guiltfree Industries (‘GIL’, a wholly owned subsidiary of RPSG Ventures [‘the Company’]) for manufacture of certain of its products. The loss / damage is covered by insurance. GIL and the Company are in the process of ascertaining the cause of the fire and the quantum of actual damage/loss caused by it.
