Sharp India has informed that based on the confirmation received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, it has certified that the securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended December 31st, 2023 have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of depository has been substituted in its records as the registered owner with in prescribed time of receipt of certificate of securities. Further, it has certified that the securities which were dematerialized are listed on the BSE where the earlier issued securities are listed.
