Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the clarification issued by BSE dated 02nd April, 2019, Linaks Microelectronics has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended 31th December, 2023 for Designated Persons, Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Standalone unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31th December, 2023 will be intimated later. The Trading Window will remain closed for above mentioned period for Designated Persons, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives in terms of the Company's ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting Trading by Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives’ for Linaks Micro Electronics.
