In continuation to intimation dated December 22, 2023 regarding intimation of the Voluntary Retirement Scheme of the Company, Hind Rectifiers has informed that the Scheme, which was implemented in the Company on December 22, 2023, was concluded on January 5, 2023. Pursuant to the Scheme, 75 employees have opted to accept the Scheme and total compensation paid to them is Rs 699.22 lakhs.
