Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, TVS Holdings has informed that the Company has acquired an additional stake of 11.66% in Emerald Haven Realty (EHRL), Subsidiary Company, by way of purchase of shares from an existing shareholder, details of which are contained in Annexure 1 below. Consequent to the additional acquisition, the Company’s stake in EHRL has increased to 89.26% from 77.60%.
