In continuation of its earlier disclosures dated 15th December 2023 and 29th December 2023, Hikal has informed that the Company has filed a Special Leave Petition (SLP) before Hon’ble Supreme Court seeking relief against the order of Hon’ble Bombay High Court dated 6th December 2023 and the letter dated 20th December 2023 issued by Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB). The Hon’ble Supreme Court, vide its order dated 5th January 2024 granted liberty to the Company to approach the Hon’ble Bombay High Court for extension of stay or to file a fresh application for the grant of interim relief and in order to enable the Company to do so, a further direction was issued that no coercive actions should be taken against the Company for four weeks of the date of the said Order. In compliance with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the requisite details in the prescribed format are enclosed.
