Based on the confirmation received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems has certified that the securities received for dematerialization have been confirmed (accepted/rejected) and were mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in records as the registered owner within the prescribed time as per SEBI Circulars and the details are furnished to the stock exchange, for the quarter ended 31st December 2023. Further they certified that the securities which were dematerialized are listed on the Stock Exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed.
