TVS Holdings’ subsidiary -- Emerald Haven Realty (EHRL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Emerald Haven Properties’ (EHPPL) on January 8, 2024. The company has received intimation and Certificate of incorporation of EHPPL on January 8, 2024. The entire shares of EHPPL have been subscribed by EHRL.

Consequent to incorporation, EHPPL has become a subsidiary and related party of the Company. EHRL has incorporated EHPPL for undertaking new real estate projects through acquisition of lands.

TVS Holdings (Formerly known as Sundaram-Clayton) manufactures non-ferrous gravity and pressure die castings.
