IRM Energy enters into MoU with TIDCO

IRM Energy (IRMEL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO), the Nodal Agency of Government of Tamil Nadu (GoTN) on January 08, 2024, as part of the Tamil Nadu Global Investors Meet 2024, Chennai. GoTN will provide facilitation and support to IRMEL in the form of necessary infrastructural support and regulatory facilitation subject to applicable laws. IRMEL proposes to invest Rs 858 crore in 5 years.

IRM Energy provides piped natural gas (PNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG). It has operations in states including Gujarat, Punjab and Tamil Nadu.
