Roselabs Finance has informed that there is no pending information and/or announcement from the Company, which is required to be informed to the Stock Exchange in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), which in its opinion may have a bearing on the price behaviour of the scrip.
