TVS Holdings’ subsidiary -- Emerald Haven Realty (EHRL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Emerald Haven Builders’ (EHBPL) on January 9, 2024. The company received intimation and Certificate of incorporation of EHBPL on January 9, 2024. The entire shares of EHBPL have been subscribed by EHRL.

Consequent to incorporation, EHBPL has become a subsidiary and related party of the Company. EHRL has incorporated EHBPL for undertaking new real estate projects through acquisition of lands.

TVS Holdings (Formerly known as Sundaram-Clayton) manufactures non-ferrous gravity and pressure die castings.
