Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Maharashtra Scooters has informed that the Company has received intimation on 9 January 2024, from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent viz., KFin Technologies for loss of shares/ issue of duplicate share certificate for the shareholder: Arvinder Singh (Folio No. A 0000648). The Company will issue the letter of confirmation in lieu of original share certificate as required by SEBI vide its circular dated 25 January 2022.
