Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Quest Capital Markets has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at registered office of the Company on Wednesday, 17th January, 2024 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and in terms of the Company’s Insider Trading Prohibition Code, it has already intimated to the Stock Exchanges vide its communication dated 28th December, 2023 relating to closure of Trading Window and the same shall continue to remain closed for all the Designated Employees and their immediate relatives till 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results.
