Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has informed that Sun Pharma Laboratories, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has received order passed by the statutory authority under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 for the financial year 2018-19. Relevant details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are provided in Annexure A. The Company in process of taking appropriate actions, including but not limited to, filing of appeal against the order.
