Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, JSL Industries has informed that Ravi Thanki has tendered his resignation today January 11, 2024, from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the company. He has decided to pursue a career outside the Company. The Company has accepted his resignation and he shall cease to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) with effect from close of working hours of April 06, 2024. The detailed information required as per the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is given in ‘Annexure A’.
