The payment of dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the ensuing 66th Annual General Meeting, will be paid from Friday, 16th February, 2024, to those Members who hold shares in physical form and whose name appears in the Company’s Register of Members as holders of Equity Shares on Tuesday, 30th January, 2024 and in respect of shares held in electronic form, to the Beneficial Owners of the shares as at the close of business hours on Tuesday, 30th January, 2024, as per details to be furnished by National Securities Depository and Central Depository Services (India).
