In compliance of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Havells India has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 23rd January, 2024, Tuesday, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 and to consider payment of Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the Company. In this connection, earlier Company intimation dated 27th December, 2023, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘the Code’), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, is closed since 1st January, 2024, Monday onwards. The Trading Window shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the aforesaid Board Meeting upto 25th January, 2024, Thursday.
