Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Photon Capital Advisors has informed that the Company has given approval for issue of Duplicate Share Certificates to the shareholders, Ansuya Ramanlal Desai and Asha Agrawal, as details enclosed. The mentioned Duplicate Share Certificates have been issued on receipt of proper documentation from the Shareholders and pursuant to the approval accorded by the Shareholders/Investors Grievances Committee on 11.01.2024. Further, confirmation letters sent by Kfin Technologies on 11.01.2024, on receipt of proper documents for issue of duplicate share certificates, are enclosed. However, the Company / RTA will follow the procedure as per SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/0R/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022 for issuance of duplicate shares in dematerialized form.
