Pursuant to Regulation 29, 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bhagiradha Chemicals and Industries has informed a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Hyderabad, to transact the following business apart from the other items as per the agenda: To Consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter/Nine months ended 31st December, 2023 and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter/Nine months ended 31st December, 2023. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, it has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in equity shares of the Company by all the designated person including their relatives of the Company shall remain close from 1st January, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter/Nine months ending 31st December, 2023.
