7Seas Entertainment has informed that based on the certificate received from Venture Capital and Corporate Investments, Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, it has certified that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in its records as the registered owner within the stipulated time of receipt of the certificate of security. Further, the company has certified that the securities which were dematerialized are listed on the Stock Exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed.
