Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the intimation received from the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) Ankit Consultancy on January 17, 2024, Khaitan Chemicals And Fertilizers has informed that the Company has received a letter from the shareholder regarding loss of share certificate with a request for issue of duplicate share certificate/Letter of Confirmation in lieu thereof. Pursuant to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022; the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholder/rightful owner after completion of required formalities.
