Further to communication dated 8th January, 2024, intimating that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the let February, 2024 to consider inter-alia the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023, Sumitomo Chemical India has informed that at the said Board Meeting to be held on 1st February, 2024, the Board will consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24.
