Alembic Pharmaceuticals has agreed to invest $1.0 million in the form of Promissory notes issued by RIGImmune, Inc. where the Company is an existing shareholder. This investment will help the company to get into niche segment of new chemical entities. Pursuant to the investment made / to be made by the Company along with other third parties, the Company would hold 12.282% of total capital of the target entity.
