Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with schedule Ill of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, and SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Rites has informed that the company has been declared top scorer (H-1) bidder and eligible for award of work as Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for the construction of various infrastructure works at IIT- Bhubaneswar to be undertaken under EPC mode III.
